Project Purple Heart

Hi friends, I came across this in my community just this week, and feel deeply to make a contribution towards this project. My goal is to have enough sponsorships for 10 food packs.

Project Purple Heart seeks to help alleviate the financial burden of low-income residents in Pasir Ris. Food items which are donated by the public will given to such families. Last day of item donation is Tuesday 3 November.

Pasir Ris East CC is collecting the following food items for disbursement:

1. Rice (5 kg)
2. Sardines (425g)
3. Milo (1.25kg)
4. Sugar (1kg)
5. Cooking Oil (2litres)
6. Instant Noodles (5 x 85g)

I've checked out the cost of theitems, and sought the lowest price where possible. Please let me know which item(s) you'd like to sponsor.

2. Sardines (425g) --------------> $2.60 (Ayam brand)
3. Milo (1.25kg) -----------------> $11.60
4. Sugar (1kg) -------------------> $1.30 (NTUC brand)
5. Cooking Oil (2litres) ---------> $6.95 (NTUC brand Soya Bean Oil)
6. Instant Noodles (5 x 85g) ---> $1.70 (Maggie Instant Noodles)

If you would like to sponsor

• a food pack (items 1-6), total cost is S$34.
• individual items, please round up to the nearest dollar for for ease of collection. The little extras will be pooled to get more items.
  

Please pledge your sponsorship by Monday so that I can buy the items, and bring them to the CC in time. Do indicate name of item, and no. of items you're sponsoring. We'll arrange for funds transfer/collection privately.
